Use of BossBrainAI

BossBrainAI provides AI-assisted business communication tools, including phone, chat, SMS, CRM, scheduling, customer portal, and prospect-site features. Users are responsible for reviewing their setup, business details, messages, and compliance obligations before using the platform with customers.

Accuracy and human review

AI responses are designed to be helpful and practical, but they may need human review. Businesses should verify important details such as pricing, policies, service areas, warranties, legal requirements, and appointment availability.

Messaging and calling

Businesses using BossBrainAI must have permission to contact customers by phone or SMS and must follow applicable telecom, carrier, privacy, and marketing rules. Demo messaging may use generic wording until a business has its own verified phone number and brand approval.

Third-party services

Some features rely on third-party services such as Google, Gemini, Telnyx, Railway, and other infrastructure providers. Their availability, limits, pricing, and policies may affect platform behavior.
